for Format A (one page) and/or optional full lengths paper (Format B) final
submission deadline. Use posted
templates/examples (see Format) to verify (superimpose on the sample) required
format. After
the deadline submissions will be considered on one by one basis and subject to
time constraints. A
notice of acceptance: allow
about two weeks from the date of submission as applicable or more during the
holidays subject to the review process. (More for late submissions)

all registration categories
for in person participation)
Registration required for the inclusion of submitted papers in the program and
