Abstract Submission, deadlines, and
registration:
Call for session
organizers
(sessions consisting of five or more presentations)
Session's chairs with a
substantial number of papers will become the members of the
International Professional Board. Proposals to organize the
sessions (with English as an official language or parallel sessions
in Korean (host) or Spanish as presentation languages) should be
submitted as soon as possible.

anticipated title or area of work presented if
applicable. This will allow us to provide direct

Major delays are caused by: (a) submission in
incorrect format (see format templates and
samples at http://www.gmepe.org/P7FormatEN.htm
(b) delays in the responses from the reviewers
(c) and obviously due to late submissions by the
authors.
All authors are expected to make revisions
recommended by the reviewers and upload the
paper in correct format (see above for format
templates and samples) within a week.
Please note that the author presenting the paper
needs to be registered for inclusion of the
paper in the program, after a payment of the
registration (see details at http://www.pahce.org/P7RegistEN.htm)
Additional information
A registered participant, who is the author or
coauthor, may present one paper.
A registered participant, who is an author or co-author, may submit
one paper.
Submission of additional papers (maximum two additional per
registered participant) is subject to approval and additional
payment - 2nd paper $ 50;
3rd paper $ 100, due to increased additional costs that
the conference currently has to pay for. The papers with more
than 6 pages – 7th and additional pages $50 per page due to
increased costs for the conference.
Workshop course fee (when applicable : $75.00
($50.00 for registered conference participants,
applicable code provided/emailed upon
registration or difference refunded at the time
of conference). Also note the no fee workshops
included in the regular registration.

arising from their participation in the PAHCE
conference and associated events. The
conference, involved organizations, and
organizers do not accept liability for personal
accidents, loss of or damage to private property
of participants and accompanying persons, either
during, or directly arising from the PAHCE and
associated events participation. Participants
are responsible for their own arrangements with
respect to health and travel related issues.
